First off, I love the coloring. It gives you a water colored feel to it, but I think I can see some things were colored by pencil --wings?--
I like the analogy of the sea helmets, they really do obsure your sight, hearing...well..pretty much everything, and it's just awsome how you thought of that. The shining moon is like..the cutest detail in here, I don't know, it fits the scene well, as if he really enjoys the ones colorful singing, glad that somebody let themselves free like nature intended.
The words (aha, words with no words) were made very nicely! It is full of colorful emotion it just blows me away! Such a harmony of different colors and and a stark contrast from the grey world...so beautiful... *sigh*
I also like how others are starting to see the light be removing their helmets. Just a few, but one day it may be the whole world..inspiration is such a strong thing...
The glowing effect is such a nice effect..the clouds, the glowing..thoughts(??) and the cute itty bitty stars...and the real stars in the background, of course. The background is really nice too, despite its mono colored self. ..well..mostly mono colored. You can clearly see they're in a cityscape, and I like how each person has its own outfit, but fade into the background the farther they are...
I could go ON about this piece of work, but I'm afraid I might chew your already bleeding ear off..
So all in all, this deserves so much more attention. It inspires me, and I love it dearly. Nicely done!
